| This conference aims at two themes. The first is on Galois representations. In the last two decades there have been enormous progress and successes in this theory. A main focus in this area will be modularity and Galois representations. On the second theme of function field arithmetic, a wider range will be probed. Besides Galois representations related to function fields, there will also be reports about recent developments on such topics as motivic transcendence theory and Diophantine geometry. |
