  Abstract:

1.

I will present an algorithm to compute the complete set of compatible states for a Boolean network. An algorithm to construct a Boolean network from a (partial) set of compatible states will also be presented. Several observations from simulation will be reported.

2.

We will present the details to calculate the transition matrix of Markov Chains in Probabilistic Boolean Networks (PBNs). The measure of influence between variables and network will be introduced. We will demonstrate some simulation results of PBNs and discuss the possible approaches to reduce the complexity of inference from data to the construction of PBNs.
