 Topic     :        Graph Models for Gene Structure Signal Detection

Abstract  :
In this talk, we will introduce a dependency graph model and its expanded Bayesian network to attempt to fully capture the intrinsic inter-dependency between base positions in a gene structure signal. An evaluation with a human gene dataset will demonstrate that the dependency graph model with its expanded Bayesian network performs the best in nearly all cases studied,when compared with previous models.
